BLAZUSIAK Out of Retirement!

During the announcement of the KTM Factory SuperEnduro line-up, just a few days before the first round of 2018, Team Manager, Fabio FARIOLI gave us a big surprise. This surprise was none other than a return to competition for... Taddy BLAZUSIAK (PL)!

Regarded as THE reference for SuperEnduro, BLAZUSIAK will be present all season long alongside Cody WEBB (USA) and Jonny WALKER (GB) in the Austrian brand’s official factory team! This is indeed a totally unexpected announcement which has created a huge buzz among SuperEnduro fans!
Already a six-time World Champion in the discipline, the Pole obviously has only one goal in mind: a seventh crown!
Taddy will have a target on his back as his two teammates as well as Alfredo GOMEZ (E - Husqvarna) and current World Champion Colton HAAKER (USA - Husqvarna) will look to beat the legendary rider. BLAZUSIAK therefore takes on a big challenge riding his KTM 250EXC- F, facing young and wild riders all keen to take the crown.

Taddy BLAZUSIAK: “When I stopped racing at the end of last winter’s SuperEnduro series I didn’t think I'd ride a bike again. I was burned out. Two months after I stopped I was back riding, and really enjoying it. I kept riding –  riding different tracks, riding with different people, even going to some events, and it became clear that I still loved riding and that I wanted to race again.

A year after announcing his retirement with a final victory in front of his home crowd, can King Taddy repeat the same performance at the Tauron Arena in Krakow and pull off the ultimate comeback? With the return of BLAZUSIAK, the level of competition has been raised even higher and the fight for the title should be completely crazy until the last Grand Prix!
