Bolt: The Collector

It's no surprise, Billy BOLT (GBR-Husqvarna) likes to be challenged. Arriving in Budapest, the Briton intended to add a new SuperPole Akrapovic to his counter (already impressive!). Slightly behind during free practice, the Husqvarna official rider rectified his performance and once again set the best time for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

For the leader of the World Championship, the Hungarian track is a perfect compromise between speed and technicality. According to him, it is on this kind of track that he can express himself perfectly and concentrate as much as possible on performance. For this new session reserved for the queen category: Prestige, there were 7 of them taking turns trying to bring down that devil of Billy BOLT. Cooper ABBOT (USA-Sherco) had to settle with 7th (49.089). The American rookie made a slight mistake when leaving the matrix, which cost him a better time. He sees the Swedish Eddie KARLSSON (48.942) ahead of him on the handlebars of his KTM. The Nordic, once again among the best, continues to impress this season. Dominik OLSZOWY (POL-GASGAS), the 2022 Junior World Champion, signs a new top 5 (46.433). The Pole is starting to find his marks in Prestige, we will have to keep an eye on him for the end of the season. Cody WEBB (USA-Sherco) barely fails in 4th place (45.957), the American is in an ideal position for the GP. Spared by bad luck, the official Sherco is back to life in 2023 season. Taddy BLAZUSIAK (POL-GASGAS) set the third time (45.353). The Pole arrives in Budapest confident of signing a good result, having recovered from certain pains and discomforts that his body felt. We can't wait to see Taddy back to 100% of his potential. Jonny WALKER (GBR-Beta) set the second fastest time (44.535). He must once again lower the flag to sign the SuperPole in the Grand Prix. The Beta pilot keeps progressing and getting closer to the Terminator that is Billy BOLT. Because yes, BOLT signs a new pole position. Skillful, agile and quick as lightning, the Englishman combines all the qualities necessary to set the benchmark time at each GP. The series is in progress, Billy BOLT does not intend to stop there. The grand slam for the 2023 season is within his reach. He is the only one to go below 44 seconds (43.058), he placed himself in orbit for a new series of brilliant victories in Hungary.

The leader of the championship increases his score at the top of the competition leaderboard.
