We are back !

We are back, there are few words to describe the enthusiasm of all the players in the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship. The drivers, the manufacturers, their teams, the FIM officials or the championship promoter Bastien BLANCHARD. The satisfaction of competing in an entire indoor enduro world championship is general. 5 dates are scheduled for this 2021-2022 season, well-known destinations and a great novelty: the world championship will travel to Israel in the holy city of Jerusalem.

Prestige class: Fully booked

After a year and a half of restriction, the top class meet up again with all the actors who made its "Prestige". Some are gone, others are back, but the benchmark class is promising with the confirmation of a dozen elite drivers entered throughout the season. No less than 4 former World Champions will compete on track for the opening in Poland. Local hero, Taddy BLASUSIAK (POL-GasGas) may have changed his ride, but he still hasn't lost his temper. Runner-up in 2020 for 18 points, the Pole is hungry for revenge. The six-time world champion will obviously face Billy BOLT (GBR-Husqvarna), the Englishman putting his title on the line. He still seems in shape and in control of his technic. 2021 Hard Enduro World Champion, the Briton seems to be the logical successor to his own crown. But beware "Mister Bolt '', there will be a lot of people this year who will want to take back your title. Americans in SuperEnduro will be more motivated than ever to start with Cody WEBB (USA-Sherco). The 2018 champion wants to take back a crown that has been denied him for a long time. Absent in 2020, the California native dreams of making his new Sherco colors shine in the overheated arenas of the World Championship. The three-time champion, Colton HAAKER (USA-Husqvarna), should be there for at least the start of the season. No doubt the other Californian will be delighted to come and tickle Billy BOLT on his home turf. We should not rule out Jonny WALKER (GBR-Beta) who will be keen to conquer his first world crown, the Briton is capable of great things and should have his role to play this season. And of course, another big name will be there to face BOLT, the 2016 Junior World Champion Manuel LETTENBICHLER (DEU - KTM), making his return to the SuperEnduro after 3 years of absence. Biggest rival of the Brit in Hard Enduro, let's see what Mani will do in SuperEnduro...

To these essential heavyweight champions, we must add a handful of outsiders able to disturb the chessboard of the discipline. We are obviously thinking of the Spaniard Pol TARRÈS (Yamaha) who will be very motivated to sign his first success in SuperEnduro. Tim APOLLE (GER-BETA) will have to be watched with great interest, coming out of a very good season in EnduroCross across the Atlantic. The German will find on his way his former best enemy in the Junior category Will HOARE (GBR-Gas Gas) who will want to take a step forward this winter. The two boys will have a hard time facing pilots of the caliber of Diego HERRERA (CHI-TM). It will also be necessary to keep a close eye on the possible interesting debut of outgoing European champion Magnus THOR (SWE-Husqvarna).
