BLAZUSIAK & HOARE, 24MX Leaders from the Off!

The FIM Maxxis SuperEnduro World Championship returned to action with a night of exciting racing last Saturday in the sold-out Tauron Arena in Krakow...

As has been the case for the last two seasons, the 13,500 spectators got to see their hero Taddy BLAZUSIAK (PL - KTM) leave with the 24MX Leader Plate in Prestige. The "Polish Nightmare" left nothing to chance in the first two races as he took two dominant wins, but a crash right at the start of the last race forced him to fight through for a fantastic recovery and 4th place. This gave BLAZUSIAK the overall win on the night and he therefore left Krakow as provisional leader of the Prestige class. The Factory KTM rider is 2 points ahead of his teammate Cody WEBB (USA - KTM) and 5 ahead of Colton HAAKER (USA - Husqvarna).

In the Juniors, Britain's William HOARE (GB - KTM) impressed by dominating all three races, to the detriment of Czech rider David CYPRIAN (KTM) and Romania’s Norbert Levente JOSZA (Husqvarna)...

The 2019 season is off to a flying start and this latest victory from BLAZUSIAK in the packed out Tauron Arena added an extra buzz. Like last year, the six-time World Champion leaves here with the 24MX Leader Plate, but he will have a lot to do next January 5 at the SachsenArena Riesa (Germany) to keep it!
