Billy BOLT always in red.

This great world premiere on Israeli soil was a real sporting and popular success. No doubt this stage will become a classic of the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship calendar. The big winner of the evening was Billy BOLT (GBR-Husqvarna). The Briton has taken another step towards a new title.

The race made by the Briton is close to perfection, he having left his mark on an evening which he dominated from the SuperPole (the only one to go below 34 seconds per lap). The Grand Prix is BOLT's unchallenged dominance. Since the start of the season, the Englishman has conceded only one race victory (Taddy BLAZUSIAK in Final 1 in Budapest). This evening in Jerusalem is his second hat-trick of the season: 3 races / 3 wins. At this rate, the official Husqvarna could be crowned at the end of the first evening of the double header of Riesa. Who will be able to stop Super Billy?

Jonny WALKER (GBR-Beta) could be the man for the job. Regular and diligent WALKER makes a very interesting season. He has appeared on almost all the podiums of the current year. One more effort and victory in the final and in the GP could be looming for the former KTM official. He is in any case the one who could come to shake up BOLT during the final weekend of Riesa. 2nd overall, WALKER will bravely play his luck.

Taddy BLAZUSIAK (POL-GasGas) will not remember 2022 as one of his best vintages. Unlucky and feverish, the Pole is however third overall, 8 lengths behind WALKER and tied with Colton HAAKER (USA-Husqvarna). Taddy will have made big mistakes like his crash at the start during the last final in Budapest and offered dantesque comebacks which make him one of the fastest on the board. But against  a winning-machine like Billy BOLT, the Polish legend seems a bit in trouble this season. It will nevertheless be necessary to count on the friendly six-time world champion not to let go during the German final. HAAKER will also have to be more regular to counter the relentless BOLT.

6th overall, Cody WEBB (USA-Sherco) seems to have said goodbye to the title in Israel. In great progress, the American will nevertheless quickly have to forget 2022 to come back even stronger next year.
