WEBB On Another Level!

The Super Pole powered by Akrapovic was once again one of the key and exciting moments for the 8,000 spectators in the Papp Laszlo SportArena on the track created by the former SuperEnduro rider, Kornel NEMETH! But this time nobody could worry Cody WEBB (USA - KTM) who was seemingly on another planet...

However, Taddy BLAZUSIAK (PL - KTM) set the bar high with a time of 00'34.505, while Colton HAAKER (USA - Husqvarna), who stalled his bike in the first few meters and had to settle for only the 6th fastest time...
But the Hungarian track appeared to be made for Cody WEBB. The last rider to start during the Akrapovic Super Pole, the Californian blew away the lap set by his KTM Factory teammate! He finished with a time of 0'33.215 and won the fourth Super Pole of the season by more than 1.2 seconds!
Behind the two KTM riders, it was Pol TARRES (E - Husqvarna) who was next best, 00’34.752. The Spaniard therefore scoring his first ‘bonus points’ of the season.

With Colton HAAKER's first zero score in the Super Pole powered by Akrapovic, Cody WEBB is now 2 points clear and will arrive in Bilbao on April 6th in a comfortable position to win his second Akrapovic Super Pole trophy… and the cheque worth 1500€...

Provisional Classification: 1. Cody WEBB 10pts ; 2. Colton HAAKER 8pts; 3. Taddy BLAZUSIAK 5 pts; 4. Pol TARRES 1pts…
